Wedding Price List
Lilac Hill strives to include as much as possible in our rental fees to help eliminate the stress of all the details you need to handle on your wedding day. Below are all the items included in your rental fee regardless of what package you choose:
Indoor and outdoor chairs, tables, and linens, set up by Lilac Hill
Small Wedding Package: $3,500
(Sunday – Thursday Only)
For guest lists up to 50 people (Not including wedding party)
Ten hour site reservation
White outdoor folding chairs provided and set up by Lilac Hill
Use of gardens and entire 80 acres for pictures
Multiple ceremony locations available, outdoors or inside the barn
Tables, chairs, and linens set up in barn for reception
Free use of Lilac Hill decorations
Manager on site for the event
$1000 minimum alcohol purchase required plus $200 bar service fee
Ceremony & Reception Wedding Package:
$7,500 Saturday / $6,500 Friday / $4,500 Sunday
Includes up to 250 guests. Larger parties up to 300 incur $5 per invited guest over 250
Full-day rental of facilities from 10am – 12am. Additional morning hours available for use on the day of the event for $200/hr. Additional hours past midnight at $300/hr.
8’ rectangular tables and white linens, decorative chairs inside for up to 250 people.
Chairs set up outside according to your specification for outdoor ceremony
2 additional hours of rehearsal time
Access to property for engagement pictures
Additional tables for gifts/cake/catering
65” Led TV for media presentation during reception
Battery powered PA and quiet generator available for outdoor power needs
Use of gardens & entire 80 acres for pictures
Manager on-site for event
Free use of Lilac Hill decorations
$2000 minimum alcohol purchase required plus $300 bar service fee
Stress-Free Weekend Package:
$11,500 Friday – Saturday
- Includes all items as listed above for ceremony & reception package
- Exclusive access to the property and reception hall on the Friday before your event for 7 hours. The party can use this time for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and plenty of time to decorate.
- Reception hall arranged for your rehearsal dinner, then re-set for the next days event
- $3500 minimum alcohol purchase required plus $400 bar service fee
“Let’s Party All Weekend” Package:
$13,500 Friday – Sunday
- Exclusive access to the property for the following extended days and hours:
- Friday for 7 hours for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, & decorating by wedding party
- Saturday 10am – Midnight
- Sunday 11am – 5pm for taking down decorations, brunch, and opening gifts
- $5000 minimum alcohol purchase required. Plus $500 bar service fee
Not Included / Additional Items
- Catering (A licensed caterer is required to provide table settings & servers).
- Alcoholic beverages (sold separately, all alcohol must be purchased through Lilac Hill).
- Event insurance can be purchased through your home-owners insurance policy
