Wedding Price List

Small Wedding Package:  $2,000 (Not available on Saturday)

Items Included

  • For guest lists under 50 people.

  • Six (6) hour site reservation. 

  • Wedding site reserved for rehearsal.

  • White outdoor folding chairs provided.

  • Use of gardens and entire 80 acres for pictures.

  • Manager on site for event.

  • Multiple ceremony locations available, outdoors or inside barn.

  • Includes set up of tables and chairs in the barn for reception.

 

Reception Only:  $3,500 Saturday | $2,800 Friday or Sunday

Items Included

  • Includes up to 200 guests. Larger parties incur $5 per invited guest over 200.

  • Wedding reception – full day rental of facilities (12 p.m. –  12 a.m.).

    • Additional morning hours available for use on the day of the event for $200/hr.

    • Additional hours past Midnight at $300/hr.

  • Complete set of tables & chairs for 250 people inside. White linens.

  • Additional tables for gifts/cake/catering.

  • 65” LED TV for videos and pictures.

  • Battery powered PA and quiet generator available for outdoor power needs.

  • Use of gardens and entire 80 acres for pictures.

  • Manager on site for event.

 

Ceremony & Reception Wedding Package:  $5,500 Saturday | $4,800 Friday or Sunday

 

Items Included

  • Includes up to 200 guests. Larger parties incur $5 per invited guest over 200.

  • Includes all ceremony and reception packages as provided for above.

 

All-Weekend Wedding Package:  $8,000 Weekend (Friday – Sunday)

Items Included

  • Exclusive access to the property for the following extended days and hours:

    • Friday 5 PM – 10 PM for rehearsal and decorating by the wedding party.

    • Saturday 12 PM – 12 AM.

    • Sunday 11 AM – 5 PM for taking down decorations and opening gifts.

  • Same items as included in Ceremony & Reception packages above

  • Access to the barn & caterers kitchen for rehearsal dinner

  • Bar packages available for purchase on Friday evening and Sunday afternoon.

 

Not Included / Additional Items

  • Catering (A licensed caterer is required to provide table settings & servers).

  • Alcoholic beverages (sold separately, all alcohol must be purchased through Lilac Hill).

  • One licensed, bonded security guard is required for every 200 people.

  • Event insurance which can be purchased through your home-owners insurance policy
